Joining the Neuhaus Insider Program is free. When creating an account on our website, select “I want to join the Neuhaus Insider program.” You can also sign up at a Neuhaus boutique.

To receive your birthday gift, be sure to enter your date of birth when registering.

Not necessarily. Creating an online account does not automatically enroll you in the Neuhaus Insider Program. To become an Insider, you must opt in to the program and agree to receive Neuhaus communications.

If you already have an account but are not an Insider, you can update your preferences in your account or contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Throughout the year, Neuhaus Insiders receive email invitations for gifts and special offers. Each invitation includes details on the gift, where it can be redeemed, and the redemption period.

Depending on the offer, gifts may be available online, at a Neuhaus boutique, or both.

To receive your birthday gift, you must be a Neuhaus Insider and have your date of birth saved in your account before your birthday. You will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to redeem your gift.

Please allow at least 24 hours for new registrations or birthday updates to be processed. If you join the Insider Program or add your birthday on or after your birthday, you will receive your birthday invitation the following year.

To receive your Neuhaus Insider birthday invitation, your date of birth must be saved in your account. You can add or update it under Personal Details in your account, or contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Yes. Insider gifts are offered through email invitations and can only be redeemed after you have received the corresponding invitation. Please refer to your email for the redemption details and dates.

Please allow at least 24 hours for your Insider registration to be processed. Once your registration is complete, you'll begin receiving future Neuhaus Insider communications and invitations.
